Orchard Park is an assisted living and memory care community in Clearlake, and the only memory care community in Lake County. We offer private and shared apartments, care and support around the clock, and a team that gets to know every resident.

Meals are made from scratch, and there is always something on the calendar, from activities and outings to time with friends. When family visits, there is plenty of room to sit outside, take a walk around the grounds or share a meal together.
